A harness marked “medium” at one shop may need an entirely different choice at another. The expensive mistake is not checking the exit route before ordering.

These are chart matches, not fit guarantees. Daftboy's harness is final-sale; both other makers set eligibility conditions, and both showed availability limitations when checked.

04 / Before you pay

Resolve the irreversibles first.

  1. Measure for the actual outfit. Stand relaxed; place a soft tape level around the fullest part of the chest, beneath the arms. Record both bare-chest and over-shirt measurements if the use case changes.
  2. Ask about overlapping sizes. For an ARMY OF MEN 40-in chest, compare size 38 and size 40 in the maker's adjustment table; share your height band and intended tension.
  3. Work backwards from your event. Handmade production time is not guaranteed delivery. Check present availability, dispatch cutoff, transit time and any custom notes before a final-sale order.
  4. Read the exact return exception. Ask who pays international shipping and what is excluded. A general returns banner may not cover custom gear or a worn item.
First-party inconsistencies worth a message. ARMY OF MEN size 44 shows “47 (129)” though 47 in is about 119 cm, and size 52's printed lower bound exceeds its mid band. Its return-shipping cap has appeared as AUD 45 and AUD 50 in different maker copy. REGULATION includes XXL in its chart but did not show it as selectable. Daftboy's older two-day change wording conflicts with the currently published 12-hour rule. Do not silently choose the more generous interpretation.
