The four-door welcome plan
For a host bringing one new person into a gathering. Pick a setting and write down roles, locations and verified facts, never a guest's private details. Ask permission before introductions and preserve an easy exit.
01 · Friends' outing
Confirm guest permission and exact meeting point. Regular provides route and shared-activity context. If the group moves, send a current safe check-in point.
02 · Home gathering
Host gives entry, coat/quiet-area information and an optional activity. No public biography, touch or photography assumed. Host is backup when greeter is absent.
03 · Activity-led club
Greeter explains what is happening now; activity leader confirms whether late joining is allowed. If safety/equipment requirements are unclear, pause participation.
04 · Organized event
Use published check-in and actual venue/access contacts. Do not promise unverified accommodation or have a buddy substitute for event support staff.
